Mobile Banking is a service that allows customers to conduct banking transactions through a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet.

El Dorado Savings Bank currently offers the MyEDSB Mobile App for iPhones, iPads, Android Smartphone and Tablets.

No, at this time we do not offer text banking.

You must have an active Internet Banking account to use our Mobile Banking services. If you have not enrolled in El Dorado Savings' Internet Banking, please visit the Internet Banking page for more information.

No, once you have applied for Internet Banking and have an active Username and Password you are ready to log into the Mobile App.

However, an application is required to use our mobile check deposit feature. Please visit our Mobile Express Deposit page for more information.

No, El Dorado Savings Bank provides free mobile banking services. Text messaging and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.


Mobile Banking Security

El Dorado Savings Bank extends the same Internet Banking security system to all our Mobile Banking channels which employs extensive security features including encryption, firewalls, device recognition, auto logoff, and Advanced Login Authentication. These security features help ensure that you have a safe and secure banking session.

Advanced Login Authentication is a multi-layer security feature designed to prevent unauthorized access to your Internet Banking accounts.

If your device is lost or stolen you can immediately prevent access to Mobile Banking by using your personal computer to log on to your Internet Banking Account. After logging in navigate to the Customer Service tab, Manage Mobile Banking Settings, and then click on Remove Device.

If you are unable to sign on to Internet Banking to "Remove" your mobile device, please call our Internet Banking Department (800-874-9779). They can assist in deactivating your Mobile Banking access.

No, mobile banking is transmitted through a secure line. Also, your session automatically logs off after idling for 5 minutes.

No personal or financial information is stored on your phone.

For iPhone and iPad users, please download the MyEDSB Mobile App from the Apple App Store.

For Android users, please download the MyEDSB Mobile App from Google Play.

Use the same username and password you have been using for your Internet Banking account. If you do not have a username and password, you have not enrolled for Internet Banking. Please visit the Internet Banking page for more information.

To reset your username and password, please call our Internet Banking Department at (800) 874-9779 during our regular business hours (Monday- Thursday – 9:00am to 5:00pm, Fridays – 9:00am to 6:00pm).

It is part of our security feature known as Advanced Login Authentication. The one-time passcode prevents unauthorized access to your accounts from unknown devices. You may have received this if you are using mobile banking for the first time, you are using a new device, you have reset your mobile device, or you have reinstalled the mobile app.

You will need to download and install the MyEDSB mobile app again. Once downloaded, login like normal. Because it is a new phone, you will be to validate your identity with a one-time passcode.
