Classification: Full Time BSA Specialist

Duties include but are not limited to: 

  • Monitoring large cash transactions to ensure CTR’s are submitted as required.
  • Evaluate branch submitted CTR’s and ensure the accuracy of ctr reporting information.
  • Preparation of ctr exemption packages.
  • Recommendations for ctr exemptions.
  • Preparation of monthly ctr reports to keep management informed of department activities.
  • Review daily negotiable items reports submitted by branch.
  • Identify and log recordable monetary instrument sales.
  • Filing branch transaction scans.
  • Ensuring desktop procedures related to areas of responsibility are current.
  • Providing support to all areas of the bank where service or assistance with ctr or monetary instrument related issues are needed. 

 

Experience / skills desired 

Working knowledge and/or related experience in ctr processing preferred.  Experience with FIS/IBS systems preferred.  A working knowledge of Microsoft word and excel preferred.  Ability to work independently.  Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff.
